ABOUT THE Wyoming Nonprofits ASSOCIATION
The Wyoming Association of Nonprofit Organizations (Wyoming
Nonprofits) is
one of 11 emerging state associations of nonprofit and charitable organizations
in the United States. There are 36 established associations that are members
of the National Council of Nonprofit Organizations. State associations help
provide the umbrella under which nonprofits can come together to collectively
focus on advancing the interests of all nonprofits. They serve and represent
all types and sizes of charitable organizations and work with state and national
partners to help local nonprofit organizations:
- Manage and lead more effectively.
- Collaborate and exchange solutions.
- Save money through group buying opportunities.
- Engage in critical policy issues affecting the sector.
- Achieve greater impact in their communities.
Wyoming Nonprofits is an association of nonprofit organizations,
founded in 2005, that is a sector-wide, statewide organization with a common
mission of strengthening the nonprofit sector.
