Habits – good ones and bad ones – drive organizational behaviors as surely as they drive our personal actions. Such habits determine the effectiveness of every aspect of an organization’s mission from service delivery to fundraising to advocacy and donor cultivation. In this workshop, learn:

  • How habits are made and broken
  • What habits drive organizational actions
  • Which habits improve effectivenesss
  • How to redirect bad habits in favor of highly-effective habits
