Specific Benefits of Coverage

The Select Benefits supplemental health insurance, offered by Symetra Financial, has three plan options. Some of the advantages of the Select Benefits program are:

• Coverage for dependents is included at no additional charge.
• No preexisting condition limitations.
• Pays in addition to any other coverage plan an employee or their dependents might have.

Symetra will bill members directly for monthly insurance premiums. Individuals are not eligible for coverage offered by Symetra. Specific benefits covered under each plan are described in a separate brochure.
