I am profoundly thankful for the opportunity to lead the Wyoming Nonprofit Network in this new chapter, following a decade of dedicated efforts to establish a robust foundation. With three decades of experience in the nonprofit sector, my passion lies in supporting and advocating for Wyoming’s nonprofit community. I work closely with our outstanding staff and dedicated board of directors in bringing our mission to life. Beyond the professional realm, I enjoy traveling with my family, cheering for the Pokes and the Bills, and savoring every moment of Wyoming’s summers, including kayaking on tranquil mountain lakes.

Tess Mittelstadt

Director of Learning and Development

Through my work at Make-A-Wish Wyoming and Habitat for Humanity, The Heart of Wyoming, I have seen firsthand the impact nonprofit professionals and organizations have within their community. As Director of Learning and Development, I support the nonprofit sector statewide through educational opportunities and help Natrona County organizations reach their full potential through one-on-one consulting. I hold a master's in public administration with a nonprofit focus from the University of Wyoming, am trained in ToP Facilitation Methods, and am certified in nonprofit board consulting from BoardSource. As a Casper local, when I am not working from a local coffee shop, you can find me at a concert at David Street Station or enjoying a walk with my husband and our goldendoodle, Kit!

Michael Pearlman 

Director of External Affairs

I am proud to lead the Wyoming Nonprofit Network’s public policy and outreach efforts and serve as an advocate and a voice for Wyoming’s nonprofit sector. Prior to joining WNN, I spent six years as Communications Director for Governor Mark Gordon, working with Wyoming’s executive and legislative branches to advance policy proposals that support healthy communities. My professional background includes more than a decade of experience in journalism, communications and public relations. A graduate of Leadership Cheyenne and past chairman of the Laramie County Library System Board of Directors, I reside in Cheyenne with my wife, three children and golden retriever. Outside of work you can find me running long distances through the mountains, skiing and spending time outdoors with my family.

Katherine Ratigan

Communications and Program Manager

With 10 years of experience in nonprofit communications and development, I've had the privilege of working alongside organizations that make a difference in Wyoming communities every day. At the Wyoming Nonprofit Network, I lead communications strategies, support statewide programs and partnerships, and help amplify the work of Wyoming's nonprofit sector. I'm especially proud to oversee WyoGives, a statewide day of giving that brings communities together in support of the causes they care about. Outside of work, I'm building my first home on the ranch where I grew up, spending time with family and friends, fly fishing, traveling, or hiking in the Wind River Mountains.
