Voter engagement starts with education.

During this in-person networking event on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Collective Space at the Natrona Collective Health Trust, nonprofit professionals and board members will:

• Receive information about their nonpartisan capacity to encourage voting.
• Clarify an employer’s responsibilities to provide employees with the time off to vote, specific to Wyoming State law.
• Learn where to access information about voting districts, candidates' information, and absentee voting.
• Receive a toolkit for sharing information with board members, those the organization serves, and supporters to ensure they have the information needed to vote.

Following the event, attendees will be invited to walk to the Natrona County Clerk's Office to participate in early voting for the August 18, 2026, Primary Election.
