In November’s general election, Wyoming voters will vote on a statewide ballot initiative that would create a homeowner’s primary residence property tax exemption. The Wyoming Nonprofit Network believes it is critical that nonprofit professionals and board members understand the impact of property tax revenue on the sector.
Nonprofit professionals and board members are invited to join Wyoming Taxpayers Association Executive Director Hank Hoversland on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. for an in-person discussion on what property taxes fund and what a decrease in property tax revenue could mean for communities across Wyoming and the nonprofit partners that serve them.
If you have additional questions about this networking opportunity, please contact Director of Learning and Development Tess Mittelstadt at tmittelstadt@wynonprofit.org. Monthly networking events like this are possible in Natrona County because of the support the Wyoming Nonprofit Network receives from the Natrona Collective Health Trust and nonprofit partners like the Wyoming Taxpayers Association and ART321.
