CPGR Virtual Wyoming Roundtable: Starting the Conversation About Planned Giving

  • 20 Oct 2026
  • 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM
  • Online via Zoom

Across Wyoming, an estimated $24 billion in wealth will transfer from one generation to the next between now and 2034.

Recognizing the impact of nonprofit professionals understanding wealth transfer and being prepared to engage in planned giving, the Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable (CPGR), the Wyoming Community Foundation, and the Wyoming Nonprofit Network are excited to host the first CPGR Virtual Wyoming Roundtable on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

During the 90-minute discussion, led by nonprofit consultant and planned giving expert Bill Albrecht, attendees will learn what planned giving is, how to identify potential donors, how to initiate and continue planned giving conversations, and how to steward planned gifts.

To support the roundtable, attendees will receive action-oriented resources and have the opportunity to engage directly with Wyoming Community Foundation staff during a virtual follow-up session on Thursday, November 19, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10 a.m.

This learning opportunity is free to attend, with registration required. For additional questions, contact Wyoming Nonprofit Network Director of Learning and Development Tess Mittelstadt at tmittelstadt@wynonprofit.org.
